Shipping

All orders will be shipped within 24 hours of the order being placed. All orders will be sent via Royal Mail. To be eligible for local pickup please keep in mind that the local pick up place will be in Liverpool, UK. 

Returns

All returns must be made within 14 days of the order being placed. Before returning your order please message us to obtain the returns address. All returns will be paid for by the customer. We recommend that all returns are sent by Royal Mail 1st class signed for. A returned item must be unworn and in its original packaging with all labels attached. All returns are subject to approval. We obtain the right to refuse returns. 

Exchanges

All exchanges must be made within 14 days of the order being placed. We recommend that all items returned for exchange are sent by Royal Mail 1st class signed for. All returned items for exchange must be paid for by the customer. A returned item for exchange must be unworn and in its original packaging with all labels attached. We obtain the right to refuse returns for exchange.
